Wiring a Wired Stick up Cam into an outside Junction box
hardwired-security-cameras
Hope you can clarify some thing. I've just bought a wired stick up cam. There's an outside junction box approx 3 feet from where I want to install this. Could I get a qualified electrician to cut the plug off the connector cable and wire this to the junction box? Or would I still need the mains plug connector to step down the voltage and have to have drill a hole in my wall to feed the cable through to the nearest plug socket
