WIFI6 with Stick up cam generation 3

I have 6 stick-up cams (3rd generation) and can't get them to attach to my new WIFI6 router. I split the bands so Ring has its own 2.4ghz WPA2 channel, but the camera I'm trying to setup sounds like it's going to setup correctly and then fails the connection after a long "connecting..." time. Is it even possible to use these cameras with WIFI6? I used to have a WIFI4 router and the cameras worked great. WIFI5 router and they worked rather intermittently. WIFI6 router and they won't even connect.Thanks for any suggestions!
