  it just started doing the alert back to back like 8 months ago, it kinda drives me crazy

  Hi @Thedawggy_81. Do you have [Rich Notifications](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040702112-Understanding-Rich-Notifications) enabled? In order to ensure you receive notifications as fast as possible, you may receive multiple notifications on occasion. A regular notification to your smartphone will be sent as soon as possible, and then that notification will be updated with an image, resulting in the second notification.
