Wet very wet spotlight cam wired

When reconnecting my wired spotlight it catapulted into the nearby pool. Immediate retrieval and 3 day drying period, I get a green 🕯️ ght when I push the button but it doesn't seem to connect. Anything I can try?? These very expensive on my Ssdi check and I have a stalker. I need to have operational in case of emergency assault or attempted murder. This model does not come apart. The only screws are on the face of the neck or stem maybe inch in diameter with 3 wires and more screws. Didn't find moisture there. No other entry points or screws
