Unresponsive Indoor Cam

Setup my indoor cam, it worked for most of the day. That night, won't connect to wifi. Light flashing blue every 10ish seconds (not like in setup mode.) Attempted to factory restore, top button unresponsive. Please help.

Hey few things you can try if you have not done so already: Try pressing the button and keep it pressed for about 10-15 seconds and it should go into setup mode. Or try using the app on your phone and to the device health\>change wifi network and follow the prompts on the screen. If that doesnt work try going to the cameras device settings\>General settings\>remove device and then go and add a new device (you may loose all the video captures for that camera so save any videos to your phone if you need them before removing device.
