Unplugged/power down alert

Unplugged/power down alert? Is there a setting that can be changed/updated to alert, separately from motion settings, when a camera is unplugged or otherwise powered down? I use our cameras for documentation of a child's mental health concerns and he has now unplugged two of them in order to act in inappropriate ways towards other children (his siblings) in the house common areas.
