Unavailable replacement white stickup camera till 22/12/24 in Australia

I am unable to get a replacement white stickup wireless camera till 22 December XXXX in Australia. My camera was faulty 2 months after i bought it in December XXXX. Ring sent me a Black camera after i requested a white After multiple phone calls, i have been informed that i " may" get one in December XXXX Seriously! 1 year after i purchased one. This isn’t good enough. What happened to customers service. Any advice on who to contact would be helpful. Ring Australia is hopeless. Thanks Anna
