Hello Im trying to configurate my stick up cam but is giving me a hard time. Is flashing in three colours blue, red and green and i can´t find that pattern meaning, also when I try to connect the cam it says that the device can´t connect the Ring 3d wlan. Did anyone knows why is this happening?

    Hi @HeydiM. If it is doing a green flash at the end of its light sequence, it means your Camera tried to connect to the network, but the network did not respond. Try the following steps for this concern: - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20-25 seconds. Reboot your router as well by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Then try another set up. - Bring your Camera to the same room as your router and attempt a set up. - Try completing your setup using another phone or tablet. Make sure you log in into the same Ring account as you did on your original phone. - Verify your wifi network name and password do not have special characters in them such as @,#,$ etc. If it does, try removing them from your router settings or creating a guest network with no special characters.
