The battery door on the Ring Spotlight camera is difficult to latch

I have dual batteries on my Spotlight Camera and change out the batteries about once every 2-3 weeks. Ever since I got the camera, the battery door is very challenging to latch resulting in a notification that its not closed very often. Is this a general problem with the Spotlight Camera?
