Why is it so difficult to get a customer service person or email? The chatbot is useless and the person on the other end gave me a bogus email. I want to buy more ring products but will be forced to remove my ring products and go with another manufacture if my questions can't be answered. DOES RING MANUFACTURE ANY WIRED ETHERNET SPOTLIGHT CAMERAS? WHY DO I NEED WIRED? BECAUSE HACKERS COME AROUND AND JAMB OUR WIFI AS THEY RUMBLE THROUGH OUR CARS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE RAPIDLY BECOMING OBSOLETE.
