Terrible new update

The new ring update is terrible! I was able to hear announce person detected o my iPhone for my doorbell as well as the floodlight cam. With the new update it has been deactivated to only a notification on the phone. What a loss of a great feature . At night I would like to hear again when someone is in my driveway that it notifies me by a speaking announcement person detected in your driveway,like it used to. Why would you take a great feature like that away! You have smart alerts that are not very smart anymore. I spent hours on the phone with tech support to actually find out today that feature is gone. Why would you change something that worked so good! Really disappointed right now with your ring products!!!!
