Surveys are to frequent

Almost every time i view a motion event, a popup asking about the video quality pops up. I used to just select one star out of spite then select every option as an issue. I can't keep up anymore. To view a motion event i now have to "x out" of the survey to view the event. Its tedious and waists time when all i want to do is see what's going on with my property as quick as possible. Through contacting support, i found there is no way to turn this off.
