Streaming Error

Hi, I'm having a streaming error with my security camera. But I bought an internet extender, which is working. I have deleted the ring app, turned off phone and reinstalled it. Still can't see live video. Says streaming error. Any suggestions? Thanks

      Does the streaming error only occur when you are using the mobile phone network? If so, which network are you using. I have the same problem but only when trying to live stream on an iPhone 12 on the Three UK network.
