Strange light (orb) alerting camera

Since about 4 weeks one of my security cams started sending alerts because of a light moving along the bottom of the frame. I thought this was an outside light because it is next to a door, until my second camera started sending alerts as well. This time the thing alerting it was clearly visible, but I don't know what this is. It's a light seemingly hovering in mid air. It has a mechanical motion. I can see a sort of beam below it. I stood in the exact spot with my phone in hand. It is not visible to the naked eye. I Assume it's an infrared light. It is driving me nuts because my camera is sending alerts in the middle of the night. I can't adjust the sensor area as it is moving around. Is this an internal reflection?
