Hi @Dayzee90. What does your Stick Up Cam say for power source under the Device Health menu? You can also check your power source under the General Settings. If it doesn't say battery, try resetting your camera. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After your camera has taken 1 minutes to reset, [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi and allow it to do a quick update. This should cause your Stick Up Cam to show the proper power source. I hope this helps!
