Stick up camera motion detection won't switch off

Question

I've two stick up cameras both of which have motion detection disabled when in home mode. Currently, one of them has switched on its motion detection in device settings. It won't allow me to switch it back off. Has anyone any idea why it'd do this and how to fix it?

Have you tried logging out of the app and logging back in?  Do you have latest iOS and Ring  versions?

Hi. Yep, tried that and have latest android os and ring app. We tried removing the battery too. Nothing worked and then it just seemed to resolve itself all of a sudden. Thanks for getting back to me though.
