Stick up Camera (3rd Gen) message stopped receiving power
I installed the 3rd Gen stick up camera with battery and wired it to a 5 volt source thru the barrel power connector on back. It is charging correctly and shows 100%, but I'm getting a message it's not powered and it wants me to reconfigure for battery settings. Is the barrel connector not the normal form of plugging in? How do I ignore this message. I'll never go without power but I am using a 12 volt DC to 5 volt DC transformer.

Hi @user27120. What type of power source is this? Is it a Ring Plug-In Adapter or a 3rd party one? Is the barrel plug fully seated? In the Device Health menu, is the firmware up to date?
