stick up cam not always detecting motion

Question

When I approach my house, there is no recording.  The blue lights where not showing on any of the camera's.  However, when I left the house, it did record my exit.  Has anyone had this issue?

Hey @DustyB. Can you share a screenshot of the Motion Zones you have set in the Ring App, and let us know what your Motion Frequency is? Additionally, approximately how high is the Stick Up Cam installed, and is it inside or outside of your home? Once I have a bit more information, I'd be happy to offer some help! :)
