  HI @user8914. To clarify, do you mean that the night vision on your Stick Up Cam is turning on and off at night when it is recording events? Feel free to share any video examples that may show the night vision not working as intended. When attaching this video, you will need to gather the share link of the video. You can do this by going into the Event History in your Ring App and choosing to share it via email. From there, copy the link that is generated and paste the link in the body of your post. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply.

  Mine does the same thing. The night vision turns on for a second or two and then off for a second or two. Am I getting a reflection. it is near a window but not pointed at it but along side it. Mine does this in Live View. I use it to check on dog need the Night vision to see her.

  Hi @DebHoney. As Caitlyn mentioned, a video or screenshot of the area will be the best way to help us determine what the issue is. If there is a reflection from a window nearby, this could absolutely be the cause of this concern. Try angling the Camera away from that surface to test if it is altering how it performs.
