I’ve seen the multiple posts about the Stickup Cam not detecting motion. No one mentioned ever getting it to work again, only try this, try that. Mine was working fine until I charged the battery. I’ve tried setting it back up, multiple reboots and still it won’t detect motion. It works in live view but that’s it. Again I’ve reset, rebooted, increased sensitivity. HAS ANYONE GOTTEN THEIR CAM TO WORK AGAIN?

Make sure that your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices) are set to include the areas you want to be notified about motion in. Additionally, review your [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) to ensure that you do not have motion detection disabled within a particular mode.
