Stick Up Cam Motion Alerts and Windows
I am unable to get any motion detection through a window on my porch with the Stick up Cam. I believe I have all my motion settings correct with sensitivity on high. Is that due to the lack of heat signature through the window? thks

Hey @gone2fish. You nailed it with the latter comment about it not being able to detect heat through the windows. During the device setup it will ask if you are installing it indoors or outdoors, as it can only be one of the other. If it's installed inside but facing outside through a window, it will detect little to no motion alerts. I recommend to install it outside in a place that works and see how it behaves from there!
