Stick up cam Live view not working

I had a camera for 5 month, working just fine. With the latest app version (I belive) 5.85.0 iphone, live view is not showing any more.. But also when I log in to the web (or enter the camera from Homey) its still not working. I have a video doorbell that still works fine! I have tried: - Reboot of camera - Reboot of router - Reinstall app - Reinstall the camera (reset button for 20 sec) What more is there to do, or do I have to deliver it to the dealer for reclamation?
