Stick Up Cam Battery dead within 24 hours

Hi, My Stick Up Cam battery was fully charged last week, and was dead 2 days later. Re charged it fully again yesterday and installed last night. Less than 24 hours later, it is totally dead again. Please advise? Note I have a Ring solar panel connected to the Stick Up Cam, not sure if that makes a difference? Thanks in advance.

Hi @rick.mcfc. The battery shouldn't drain that quickly unless the Camera is experiencing a large number of events each day. I would recommend trying a reset and a new setup on your Stick Up Cam after fully charging the battery. You can reset the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that's done, set it back up in the Ring App. If the battery concerns still persist after trying this step and ensuring that your Stick Up Cam isn't receiving a large number of motions or Live Views each day, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
