Spotlight Pro refurbished -- no sound

Hi, I purchased the refurbished spotlight Pro cam on the Black Friday in 2022 and it was sitting in the box unused until I installed it yesterday. Since the installation there is no sound neither on the recorded videos nor on the live view. I tried to restart the device through the app, nothing changed. The firmware is up to date and the WiFi signal is decent (RSSI-67). Other cameras installed even further from the router work with no issues. All sounds which could be heard are crisps and ticks. Any help to resolve the issue is appreciated.

Hi @GoodKat. You will also want to try a factory reset to see if that helps fix your concern. To do a factory reset, you will press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds. After that, [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) because the reset will cause it to go offline.
