Spotlight Cam Pro with Solar Panel

I have two Spotlight Cam Pro cameras with solar panels. However, one of them is not charging, even though both panels are installed side by side, receiving sunlight and placed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I have tried to reach customer service, but I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone answering my call. Could you please assist me?

    Hi @user_a807aa. Make sure the Ring Solar Panel is clean and free of any dirt or debris, then ensure the cable is plugged in firmly both at the camera and the panel. After doing that, reboot the Spotlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If this issue persists, I'd recommend consulting with our support team to take a closer look.
