Ring Security Cameras
Spotlight Cam Pro Battery makes buzzing noise when connecting to the microphone
Whenever I connect to the microphone via the app, computer, or Amazon Alexa on my spotlight cameras, the camera makes a distorted buzzing sound. At first I thought it was defective devices, so I ordered some new ones however the new ones have the same issue. I have tried resetting the devices which seems to give it a temporary fix, then the issue persists until I reset it again. I have also tried resetting the wifi network and trying a different network, the issue persists. It happens regardless of it being connected to one battery, multiple and regardless if it's connected to solar or not. I suspect it is a firmware issue given how new the cameras are. None of my other cameras (wired floodlight pro) and doorbell (wired pro 2 doorbell) have this issue. Thank you in advance for any help or information! Update: after factory resetting my router and Ring Alarm Pro the problem was resolved.
