Spotlight Cam plus plug in

I have the spotlight cam plus plug in that is powered by an outlet that receives power only between 4pm and 11pm as it is on a timer for some outdoor post lights. I have also installed in the the camera a battery so the cam will have power when the timer shuts the power down. My question is will the Cam recharge the battery when it is receiving power via the outlet?
