Spotlight Cam Plus IR Lights Not Coming on at Night

I recently purchased and installed a Spotlight Cam Plus over my backdoor. The first night, I could see the back deck just fine from the IR lights. Since then, the IR lights will not come on at night. When I reboot the camera, the IR lights will come back on for a minute or two, then shut off again. The camera itself is working because I can see lights off in the distance and cars driving by.     Hi @coreclock. You can also factory reset the Camera to see if that helps your night vision work correctly. To do so, you press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) since the reset will make it fall offline.       I’m also having this exact same problem with my Spotlight Cam Plus. A factory reset did not solve the issue for me.
