Spotlight Cam - One light side not working

Hi All, I have had a Spotlight Cam battery for around 4 years and now one of the light strips is no longer working. Already removed all batteries but that has not done anything. Any ideas on how to get this working again or is it time to replace it? Cheers

    Hi @captHedge. You can try a factory reset to see if that helps. To do a factory reset, you will press and hold the setup button on your Camera for 20–25 seconds and then [reconnect it to your wifi network](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
