Hi @SeanU. Do you have a Spotlight Cam Wired and a Spotlight Cam Battery? These will each have different forms of motion detection on them, which you can read more about in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042728431-Advanced-Motion-Detection-in-Ring-Devices). The Spotlight Cam Wired will have the Customizable Motion Zones while the Spotlight Cam Battery will have the Adjustable Motion Zones. I hope that helps clear things up! :)
