Spotlight Cam Complete Dud

This is my second effort to get this issue resolved. I received no assistance through Covid and have had a non-operational camera now for almost two years. I have a wireless spotlight cam. It worked for a few weeks and stopped. Now when I try to charge the battery it stays on solid green and red light forever, it does not go the green. When the battery is inserted it does not power on. But, when I push the battery in and press the top button there is a discrete red light right near the top of the battery that does flash red. Can I please have some advice as to how to get this thing back operational. Thanks.
