Spotlight Cam Battery motion videos are blank black videos.

40% of the time my motion alert videos are just a black screen. I've emails numerous videos to ring support with no response.

      I have had the same problem. Support never can fix the problem and keeps sending me a new camera. The camera never lasts more than 8 months.
