Spot light cam.

Still having problems with my Spot Light Camera. I have many Ring products in my home but this one camera is driving me crazy. I have two other post on the forum about this camera. Now the camera will not activate. When i pull it up on any of my devices it just spins and spins and never comes up. So I get the latter out climb up pull the battery out for about five minutes put it back in then the camera works for a few minutes and then back to the same situation. In health battery is 100 % and wifi strength is good. I also purchased another but that did not help. I have reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to help. This is the same camera that is giving me problems with the spot light coming on all during the night and staying on for about 2-3 seconds. Hope someone has some ideas. Thanks. The camera is only about 4 months old.
