Spot light cam not connecting to wifi

Hello! I have a spot light camera that’s having trouble connecting to our new router/WiFi. My doorbell and other additional spot cam are connected. but I have one that is just flashing blue and white. It also will not show up on WiFi to reconnect it. I’ve restarted My WiFi , deleted and reinstalled ring app, removed battery from cam to try and reboot cam. But nothing is working. Camera will not show setup on WiFi , and just flashes blue and white. Can you help with this ?
