Sport light battery cam dead
My spotlight battery cam is only 2 months old - a replacement supplied by Ring when my original camera died from wet weather. It was working fine until two days ago when it started to flash white and blue alternately for a while but now it’s completely dead. Fresh batteries and reset button have made no difference- it is completely unresponsive and the app shows it is offline. Is there another way to reset it (other than the reset button on the top). The battery light indicators inside are glowing red showing it is receiving power. I can’t get through to Ring on webchat, I’m guessing that’s down to covid19....
