Solar Panel Not Charging batteries
So, My batteries stopped charging even though the solar panel was connected. 1. I have had 2 batteries in for 6 months and have not had any problems with rhem charging or with the connection status of the solar panel. 2. The batteries stopped charging and camera went off line. 3. Device health only showd 1 battery even though 2 were. in. Solar status was listed as connected. 4 Removed batteries and recharged with charger. 5. No power to camera and it is disconnected from solar panel. Still says connected. 6. Reinstall batteries. battery 2 not displaying. 7. Remove batteries. Reinstall position 2 only. Battery 2 now displayed in device health. Install Battery in position 1. both batteries now displayed. 8. Solar status is connected even though its been physically disconnected for over 24 hours. Anyone have any thougts on the solar panel?

Hi @user51011. I recommend factory resetting your Camera and then [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). To factory reset your Camera, press and hold the set-up button for 20–25 seconds. Once it's back online and it recognizes that the Solar Panel is not connected, plug the Solar Panel back in and keep an eye on it for a few days to see if it starts taking a trickle charge from the Solar Panel.
