Snapshot Frequency does not detect Solar

Question

I installed a Ring Solar on my Ring Spotlight. When I try to increase frequency to every 5 minutes on Snapshot Feature, it's greyed out. It says only works on Wired and Solar which I have.

Hi @Bluedory! The first best step here will be to ensure the Solar Panel is charging, or plugged in securely. Please also ensure the battery is fully charged, as this snapshot frequency can drain battery faster. Once the battery is fully charged and solar panel is securely connected, monitor battery level in the app to confirm it is operating as intended. Try also giving it some time in direct sunlight to see if this option will become available.  I hope this helps! :)
