Snapshot Capture option not available to activate

I tried to follow the instructions to activate, but I do not have Snapshot on either my Ring Video Doorbell Pro or my Stick Up Cam Elite. Thanks for the help. Also, I have Protect Basic on both devices.

If you're not seeing the [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672) feature available in the Ring App, try removing your Cameras and setting them back up in the Ring App. You can perform a new setup by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
