My wife sent me the shared user access e-mail but the option to accept the shared user invite is never available under control center. Any ideas on why I can never accept the invite and never see it pop up? Literally followed the step by step instructions on the ring website and doesn’t work.

    Hi @Chalkydri. I would recommend having your wife remove you as a Shared User and then re-add you again. Make sure your wife is using the correct email you used to create the Ring account you are logged into. Once that is done, follow these steps in the Shared Users Ring app: 1. Tap on the ☰ menu in the upper left. 2. Tap on **Control Center**. 3. Tap on **Shared Users**. 4. Under Locations (Shared), tap on **Manage** next to the pending invitation. 5. Tap on **Accept**.
