Setting Motion Zone on Spotlight Cam Plus

I have tried to modify the motion zone on a new Ring Spotlight Cam (with solar panel) and I am unable to "grab" the handles at the very top of the default zone. I would like to move it down a little; the whole zone can be moved side-to-side but not (up and) down. I have tried this on the ring app on both iPhone and iPad with latest OS. I also tried the web view using Safari but can't even find it there. Please don't bother to tell me that the web approach won't work; please focus on the **mobile** apps not allowing me to reposition the default motion zone.

Hi @TMW949. When adjusting a Motion Zone, you should have multiple blue dots around the zone. If you press and drag that blue dot, it should change the shape of the zone. If you cannot drag the blue dots, try deleting the zone and creating a new one. The new default zone should be smaller and in the center of your screen for you to try and adjust again. I hope this helps.
