Hi,I’ve tried several times to set up my new security camera with no luck. Despite doing resets there’s no light above the camera lens. I really am getting nowhere!

Hi @Lightless. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Which model of Ring Camera do you have? You can find the product name on the back of the device or on the original packaging. I'd be happy to offer more troubleshooting suggestions once I have a bit more information. :)
