Security camera wont power up battery fully charged 🤦🏻🤔

Question

I bought 2 security stick up cameras battery operated, 1 set up no problem, the other one wont power up, battery fully charged, when i opened both cameras both were working and set up but one all of a sudden wont power up

Hi @user80615. After verifying that the battery is fully charged, put it in the Stick Up Cam and hold down the setup button for 20 seconds to fully reset it. Once the reset is complete, attempt to walk through the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
