My ring doorbell 4 wont connect to wifi or anything. I've reset the internet and i've done every trouble shooting that I can do. Does anyone have any recommendations on what else I can try? I'm at a loss to be honest. Thanks!

Hi @chelseabutler18. Let's start with the specific error that your Doorbell is having. What part of the setup process is the device failing to connect at? Do you notice a specific flashing [Light Pattern](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419905465364-Ring-Doorbell-Flashing-Light-Patterns-Guide) on the device? Are you connecting to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Have you adjusted your [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices)?
