Ring wired floodlight cam lights coming in during the day

just looking for a bit of support people please be gentle as I have not posted on here before, we have a wired floodlight cam and for some reason during the day the lights are coming on and staying on we haven’t got a schedule set up I am having to manually turn them off and then they turn themselves on again randomly this is daytime only not at night please tell me it’s not gone faulty as this will be our second one to be replaced if it has

Hi @billybobb. How high are these Floodlight Cams mounted? Is the bubble on the bottom parallel to the ground? These are crucial for optimal motion detection.
