Ring Stick Up Camera

I have a ring Stick Up Camera. On the app, which is on the Android platform. When I activate the microphone and then the green button to talk and listen, no one can hear my voice and I can't pick up audio from the camera thus a two way conversation isn't possible. Any one know what the problem is? Thanks.

Hi @Guy1960. You'll need to make sure the Ring App has permission to use your phone's microphone and speakers. You can usually adjust the permissions in your phone's settings, which will vary depending on your model of phone and the OS.
