Hello swanside. Yes this can be done. you will first want to make sure your "lights" toggle under "menu\>devices\>spotlight cam" is toggled to the off position. If this is turned on then your lights will be on all the time. Once that is off then your lights should only turn on at night when someone walks within the motion zones. You can also adjust your motion zones under "menu\>devices\>spotlight cam\>device settings\>light settings\>motion zones for lights"
