Ring Spotlight cam pro light not turning on with motion

The lights on my Spotlight cam Pro are supposed to turn on when triggered by motion, but this feature doesn't work. Either I have the lights on per schedule, or off. Motion activation feature is enabled in menu but not working when I wave my hand in front of the camera... Any help would be appreciated

Hi @user58494. The light should turn on with motion when it's dark enough outside. Try performing a quick reboot of your Spotlight Cam Pro on the Device Health page. After that, verify that the Motion-Activated Lights option is toggled on.
