Ring Spotlight cam plus issues

My spotlight cam plus doesn’t flash, doesn’t respond to hard reset, doesn’t recognize batteries have been removed, doesn’t realize there is a solar connection… what is the issue, i had no issues before… i tried to delete the device then re add it but it won’t even flash for me to finish set up. 2 batteries are in the device with 95% each
