Ring spotlight cam not working
I had an issue where all my cams went offline. I was able to restart the extender and that fixed them all but one. I fully charged all the batteries but when I put a battery in this cam nothing happens. It is glowing red inside if that helps.

Hey @Phenrickson14. Could you try resetting the Camera by pressing and holding down the setup button for 30 seconds? After this time, go into the Device Health for this camera and tap on reconnect to wifi, attempting to walk through the steps to get it back up and running. Let me know if you still get stuck anywhere, and if so, let me know where! :)
