Ring Spotlight Cam - Mic Noise

I bought several cameras about 8 months ago. Hardwired spotlight cams. All of them have been working fine until last week. One of my cameras now has a microphone issue. The only sound it records is a loud electronic hum, day or night, 24 hours a days. The rest of my cameras still work fine. All I can do is turn the mic off, which is unacceptable.     Hi @AnthonyB. Thank you for sharing a video example of what you're experiencing. Try resetting the Camera by holding down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. Once this reset is complete, walk the Camera through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device.
